Talk in Codemotion Madrid 2023

Past May 2023, I had the privilege to be selected as a speaker to participate in one of the most important tech events in Europe: Codemotion Madrid 2023.

In my talk, we analyze the challenges to be addressed in a technological company, recognized as a Unicorn, and in hyper-growth mode, such as the creation of agile development teams so that they are solid, scalable, and predictable, also making their individuals grow in their professional careers, without forgetting technological development, while the company delivers value to its customers in each new version of the product.
